The Crack of Dawn is when I, Chef Alan Traynor, start preparing your gourmet meals.  To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all food is prepared fresh that day and delivered to the school.

The Crack of Dawn Catering ~ The food service parents can count on.  We are a catering service offering busy parents a range of nutritious, mouthwatering and colorful menu options using the freshest, seasonally available ingredients daily.  Eating well insures better productivity for your children.
